A location or team with no work in a calendar month is not invoiced.
Exportable through the API at any time, and deleted within 30 days of termination.

What is a zone?
One managed team: a department, a shift, a kitchen, a warehouse, a shop floor. It is the unit with its own schedule, its own score and its own place in the daily report.
What is a location?
One address where work happens: the zone you designate as your billing level. A retailer calls it a "branch", a care group a "location", a cleaning company a "site". Your word goes on the invoice.
Do you charge per user?
No. Users, managers and kiosk screens are unlimited in every package, and they stay that way. You pay per location and per managed team.
Do I pay for regions and formats?
No. Levels that only group things (regions, formats, divisions, districts) manage nobody and are free, at any depth and in any number.
What does onboarding cost?
We work that out together. You can set everything up yourself, in which case onboarding costs you nothing. Or you can arrange for one of our advisers to do part of it on site.
What happens if I sit just below a threshold?
Then we bill the better outcome. More locations never costs more with us than fewer locations.
Is there a notice period?
A twelve-month term, renewed automatically for twelve months, cancellable in writing up to two months before renewal. Your data is exportable through the API at any time.
